Open-Faced Sandwich with Pepperoni, Salami and Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Carando® Pepperoni
  • 2 oz. Carando® Salami
  • 2 oz. Carando® Prosciutto
  • 12 in. baguette
  • 2 tbsp. olive tapenade
  • ¼ cup mixed greens

Directions

1. Slice baguette in half, lengthwise.
2. Spread olive tapenade on bottom half of bread. Discard top half.
5. Layer bread with mixed greens, pepperoni, salami and prosciutto.
